PCM Channels

Portland Community Media administers six cable channels in the greater Portland metro area. On PCM channels you will find gavel-to-gavel coverage of city, county and state municipal meetings, coverage of local community events, programs designed to encourage citizens to participate in the social and political life of their city, and lots of shows produced by your friends and neighbors on every topic you can imagine.
CAN 11 - Community Access Network
CAN 11 reaches more than 400,000 households in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas counties. CAN is shared by many community media centers in the greater Portland metro area. Programs on CAN are seen throughout Portland and in communities such as Beaverton, Gresham, and Oregon City.
ITN 22 and ITN 23 - Independent Television Network
Independent Television Network (ITN) 22 and 23 broadcast programs produced by Portland area independent producers. Channel 22 reaches approximately 179,000 households in Portland. Channel 23 reaches approximately 241,000 households in Portland and East Multnomah county. A wide variety of programs can be found on these channels that include public affairs talk shows, neighborhood association meetings, religious services, comedy shows, music performances, cultural events, programs serving special communities, in-depth documentaries and a wide range of special interest programming. Each year PCM averages over 7,000 new video programs and 8,000 hours of producer services.
POP 29 - Pulse of Portland "Where Portlanders Connect"
POP29 is PCM's community interest channel which reaches approximately 200,000 households. POP29 offers a variety of entertainment, information, community interest, cultural and public affairs programs that are acquired and produced by PCM's Programming and Multimedia Services Departments. Programming on POP29 has dedicated time blocks for programs and reaches all demographics. On POP29 you will find programs produced by kids of all ages who learned about the art of media through PCM's Youth Media Department.

CityNet 30 "Real Government, Real Action"
Channel 30's programs are produced by Portland Community Media and cover a range of municipal and public affairs programs important to the health of our democracy. CityNet30 reaches around 200,000 household and is the home of gavel-to-gavel coverage of the Portland City Council. Programs on CityNet30 are managed by PCM programming and produced by PCM Multimedia Services. CityNet 30 has broadcast coverage of other government and civic programming such as City Club of Portland, Portland Development Commission, VisionPDX and the Charter Review.
Metro East 21
Channel 21 offers East County exclusive programs via Metro East Community Media.
